Fed: room for tax cut next year - Howard
Prime Minister JOHN HOWARD says he believes there'll be room for a tax cut in next year's Budget.
Mr HOWARD told radio 3AW that he doesn't want to guarantee a tax cut because he doesn't
know what might happen between now and then.
He says he doesn't want to be accused of breaking faith with the Australian public.
